Becoming an Omaha Police Officer 

The City of Omaha Personnel Department will be taking applications for the position of Police Officer in January.

Applications will be accepted from Monday, January 5 through Thursday, January 29, 2009.

You can apply online, in person, or by faxing or mailing in your application.

You can register to be notified of the application period either online or by telephoning the City of Omaha Human Resources Department at (402) 444-5300. The Omaha Police Department extensively advertises when applications are being accepted.
